G-Saviour

The G-SAVIOUR Space Mode, also known as "G-Saviour," is the titular mobile suit featured in the G-Saviour film and video game. One unit is piloted by ex-CONSENT pilot Mark Curran, while another is piloted by Illuminati pilot Reed Fox. Additionally, a Gunpla version of the G-Saviour Space Mode makes a brief appearance in Gundam Build Fighters.

Developed by the Illuminati, the G-Saviour Space Mode is specifically designed for zero-gravity environments. It is equipped with a skirt booster module that allows for sharp turns, as well as a back-mounted booster pack featuring six fin thrusters, which provide exceptional maneuverability in space. The shoulder armor houses propellant tanks and three additional thrusters, which, together with the front skirt thrusters, are used for precise attitude control.

To ensure its high mobility, the G-Saviour Space Mode is equipped with thinner armor, which sacrifices some durability but allows for quicker attacks and agile movements. The mobile suit's modules are designed to be easily interchangeable within a specialized hangar, offering a wide range of combat options. However, this adaptability can be limited if the unit cannot access such a hangar. Compact versions of these hangars are available on ships like the Lightning.

The G-Saviour's EFX-8 Type cockpit is also equipped with a life support system capable of sustaining the pilot for up to 72 hours, ensuring extended operational capabilities in space.

The G-SAVIOUR Terrain Mode, often referred to simply as "G-Saviour," is the titular mobile suit from the G-Saviour film and video game. This mode is designed to optimize the G-Saviour's performance under gravity, making it highly effective for ground-based operations.

To enhance its mobility on Earth, the G-Saviour Terrain Mode is equipped with additional thrusters, which allow for smoother and more controlled travel over various terrains. The unit also features more durable armor, specifically designed to withstand harsh terrain and adverse weather conditions. In the story, one G-Saviour Terrain Mode unit is piloted by ex-CONSENT pilot Mark Curran, while another is piloted by Illuminati pilot Reed Fox.

To enhance its performance under gravity, the G-Saviour was outfitted with additional equipment designed to improve maneuverability, resulting in the creation of the G-SAVIOUR Terrain Mode. For even greater aerial mobility, a detachable hover unit can be added to the skirt and rear of the mobile suit, leading to the G-Saviour Terrain Mode Hover Type. This configuration allows the G-Saviour to achieve better flight capabilities and maneuverability in gravity-affected environments.

The Illusion is a limited production mobile suit developed by the Illuminati's Saviour team, led by John Saviour. Designed with a focus on high mobility and maneuverability in zero-gravity conditions, it shares similarities with the G-SAVIOUR G-Saviour Space Mode. The Illusion is particularly notable for its lightweight armor and the extensive array of thrusters positioned across its body, enabling exceptional agility in space.

A distinctive feature of the Illusion is its avian-like claws on its feet, which provide enhanced stability and footing on various terrains, a design choice that sets it apart from other mobile suits. Additionally, the Illusion's EP09-SC Type cockpit is equipped with a life support system capable of sustaining the pilot for up to 96 hours, surpassing the 72-hour capability of the G-Saviour's EFX-8 Type cockpit. This extended life support duration makes the Illusion well-suited for prolonged missions in the harsh environment of space.

Model Number: RGM-196

The Freedom is a mobile suit produced as part of the long-running RGM series, originally used by the Earth Federation before its dissolution. Primarily designed for space operations, the Freedom is limited to two-dimensional movement when operating under normal gravity conditions.

Developed during the Federation's decline, the Freedom is emblematic of an era when mobile suit technology had regressed due to the devastation of previous wars and the constraints imposed by bureaucratic and constitutional hurdles. As a result, the Freedom's performance is significantly lower than that of more modern mobile suits seen in U.C. 0223, such as CONSENT's CCMS-03 Bugu. In response to the Freedom's shortcomings, the Congressional Armed Forces formed the Saviour team to develop a more advanced military mobile suit, which eventually led to the creation of the Bugu.

Despite being a decades-old mobile suit, the Freedom continued to be favored by veteran pilots who affectionately referred to it as "Old Dog" due to its ease of maintenance and high reliability. This stood in contrast to newer, more advanced suits like the Bugu, which, while offering superior performance, were more expensive and challenging to maintain.

The Freedom's basic design also allowed for significant flexibility in fine-tuning and customization. Skilled mobile suit mechanics could enhance its performance considerably by modifying the base machine. One notable example of this is the F-SAVIOUR, part of the Illuminati's Saviour line, which is essentially a Freedom with upgraded internal components developed by the Saviour team.

However, the units used by Side 8 (Gaea) were less capable, lacking the ability to utilize the Freedom's original beam weapons. These units were only compatible with older handheld weapons that used the MPC-1 and MPC-2 handplugs, limiting their effectiveness in modern combat scenarios.

Model Number: CCMS-03

The Bugu is the primary mobile suit of CONSENT's Congressional Armed Forces (CAF). Designed by the Saviour team as a general-purpose unit, the Bugu was widely adopted by Settlements as part of their defense forces, effectively replacing the outdated RGM-196 Freedom. The Bugu's basic armament includes a giant hatchet and a beam saber, though it can also be equipped with a beam rifle. However, a machine gun is more commonly used to extend the mobile suit's operational time during missions.

To enhance its mobility in space, the Bugu can be equipped with additional booster packs, such as the S-Skirt or L-Skirt, which provide improved thrust and maneuverability. The Bugu is well-regarded within the CAF for its overall versatility, ease of maintenance, and adaptability to various combat scenarios.

The Bugu features the EP-11 Type cockpit, a forward-facing model with a three-screen multi-monitor setup. This cockpit includes a life support system capable of sustaining a pilot for up to 168 hours, ensuring long-term survivability in extended operations. Additionally, the cockpit is designed to be jettisoned from the mobile suit in emergencies by shedding its outer armor and backpack, allowing the pilot to escape safely.

While CONSENT continued to use the Bugu after the events of the film, they recognized its limitations compared to the Illuminati's more advanced Saviour series. In response, the Bugu's design was further refined and developed into the more powerful Bugu II, addressing some of the original model's shortcomings.

Model Number: CAMS-13

The MS-Rai is a high-performance mobile suit used by CONSENT, designed to offer superior armament and defense compared to earlier models like the CCMS-03 Bugu. Although its top speed is lower, the MS-Rai compensates with better weaponry and protective capabilities. Its armaments include a beam shield generator mounted on its left arm, a beam rifle for long-range combat, and a beam saber for close-range engagements. The mobile suit's backpack is equipped with four movable mechanisms, with the top two housing 8-tube grenade launchers. Additionally, the shoulder armor contains 8-tube micro-rocket launchers, enhancing its firepower. For increased thrust, the MS-Rai can be fitted with a booster that can be jettisoned if needed.

Unlike the autonomous CAMW-13 MW-Rai, which uses a Feeling Sense Equipped Block Box unit, the MS-Rai is manually piloted and features an EP-11B Type cockpit. However, because the MS-Rai was originally intended to be used as an autonomous Mobile Weapon, it is challenging for regular pilots to control, requiring advanced skills and experience to operate effectively.

The Guppy is a mobile worker specifically developed for deep sea excavation purposes. Its cockpit is equipped with several specialized instruments, including a built-in seismometer for detecting underwater vibrations and a life-support system to ensure the operator's safety during prolonged underwater operations. To facilitate smoother movement underwater, the Guppy is capable of transforming into a Swimming Mode, which allows it to navigate more efficiently through the water. The Guppy is officially authorized by CONSENT under the code CEM-217-82065, signifying its compliance with regulatory standards for underwater mobile workers.
