由GGG與赤松工業（アカマツ工業）共同製作，並由阿嘉松滋開發的神經機械人（ニューロメカノイド）。本機可以從專為調查設計的「接受模式」（アクセプトモード）——「凱號」（凱号），變形成高機動形態的「主動模式」（アクティブモード）——「凱戈」（ガイゴー）。

在接受模式下，外觀與覺醒人（グリアノイド）類似，而在主動模式下，外型則更加接近勇者機器人（勇者ロボ），形態更加流線且輕巧，其配色和武裝風格接近於「凱牙」（ガイガー）。此外，本機標準搭載了包括「烏爾特克引擎」（ウルテクエンジン）和「膠體透析」（ジェル透析）等功能，這些功能此前曾是透過覺醒人追加的特性。

本機的駕駛員由天海護與戒道幾巳共同擔當。在「凱號」模式下，護為主要駕駛員；而在「凱戈」模式下，幾巳則擔任主駕。不過駕駛員並非固定，根據情況，雙方會相互協助，甚至將部分或全部控制權交給對方。此外，根據作戰需求，蒼斧螢汰與彩火乃紀有時也會作為「頭部潛行員」（ヘッドダイバー）的候補成員登艦。

GaoGaiGo is a Super Neuromechanoid built by GGG with the cooperation of Akamatsu Heavy Industries. It combines StealthGao II and LinerGao II and DrillGao II with the Neuromechanoid Kakuseijin GaiGo. The reason for the use of StealthGao II rather than III is that GaiGo cannot produce Program Rings, forcing GaoGaiGo to use the less powerful Phantom Rings. It is normally piloted jointly by Mamoru Amami and Ikumi Kaidou, although Hinoki Sai and Keita Aono have served as reserve pilots. It runs on a combination of Linker Gel and Ul-Tech power. As seen with the jointly operated King J-Der, Kaidou's J-Jewel energies supercharge the G-Stones embedded in GaoGaiGo. Its model number is GBR-21. It was eventually downed by the enemy.

經由索姆尼烏姆（ソムニウム）之手從三重零（トリプルゼロ） 的影響中淨化的始源我王凱牙（ジェネシック・ガオガイガー），然而在此前的戰鬥中，其控制中樞已經受損，導致無法啟動，且修復時間無法預測。

為了應對這一狀況，採取了與覺醒人相同的方法——通過建立駕駛員的腦神經與**神經網絡（ニューロネットワーク）**的連結來確立控制系統。於是，具備此特殊能力的 7 名成員各自搭乘一台始源機械（ジェネシックマシン），使其重新運作。

同時，在機械咆哮王（ガジェットガオー） 的機翼上，將地球（ジオイド）的金色、銀河（ギャラクシー）的綠色、以及全球（グローバル）的藍色 組合而成的 「GGG 集結徽章（GGGギャザリングマーク）」 被追加，象徵著「終結所有戰鬥」的願望。機體名稱也從 創世勇者王（ジェネシック・ガオガイガー） 正式改名為終級我王凱牙（ファイナル・ガオガイガー）。

我王凱號（ガオガイゴー） 在進化人・歐古（ベターマン・オウグ）的「佩克特弗雷斯・聖域（ペクトフォレース・サンクトゥス）」 作用下，與 6 體貝塔人融合合體後所獲得的新形態，從而獲得索姆尼烏姆（ソムニウム）的能力，大幅提升戰鬥力，超越以往的境界。

在使用「地獄與天堂（ヘルアンドヘブン）」時，機體將進一步變形，由貝塔人・福爾特（フォルテ） 和貝塔人・歐古（オウグ）覆蓋雙臂，令前臂膨脹至原本的兩倍以上，同時結合GJ 共振（GJ共振）的力量，使地獄與天堂進一步強化。在劇中，這強化版的地獄與天堂直接與霸界王創世（覇界王ジェネシック） 的 「始源地獄與天堂（ジェネシックヘルアンドヘブン）」 正面交鋒。

位於覺醒人 1 號（覚醒人1号）與Z 號之間的神經機械人（ニューロメカノイド），由赤松工業（アカマツ工業）與 NEO 共同開發。

本機最初由詹蒂（チャンディー）、桂（ケイ）和牛山三男帶走，隨後交託給螢汰。雖然本機並非戰鬥用，但相較於傳統的神經機器人（ニューロノイド） 體型更大，戰鬥力也更強，再加上螢汰優秀的操縱能力，使其成為能與勇者們並肩作戰的戰力。

本機可由螢汰單獨駕駛，但通常由火乃紀作為副駕駛共同搭乘。在螢汰與火乃紀眷屬化失蹤後，則由天海護及意識不明的 阿嘉松紗孔羅代為駕駛。

主動模式（アクティブモード） 擁有其他神經機器人不具備的類似機械哥吉拉（メカゴジラ）風格的侏羅紀風格（ジェラシックテイスト）。此外，雖然劇中未曾展示，但規格上本機也具備與我王機械（ガオーマシン） 進行最終合體（ファイナルフュージョン）的能力。

ShoRyu (翔竜), GGG Super-AI Vehicle Machine, model number GBR-5. His name means "Flying Dragon." ShoRyu was initially designed around the same time as Volfogg. However, due to GGG's urgent need to develop the Goldion Hammer, his construction was delayed. He was ultimately completed sometime in 2009. He, along with his sisters, was often deployed to respond to BioNet's attacks and to perform rescue work, notably in the wake of the global communications disruption in 2010. His original body was destroyed after getting corrupted by Triple Zero, but he was rebuilt soon after.

ShoRyu possesses high speed and agility in flight, as well as the ability to manipulate magnetic fields. Originally intended to be able to combine with ChoRyuJin, ShoRyu can perform Trinity Docking with any symmetrically docked robot, forming a jetpack. The resulting combination gains improved flight speed, agility, plus ShoRyu's magnetic abilities.

GetsuRyu and her sister NichiRyu were constructed in Germany in 2007. The two of them were often deployed to respond to BioNet's attacks and to perform rescue work, notably in the wake of the global communications disruption in 2010. Over the years, the pair developed a rivalry that prevented their SympaRates from reliably reaching 100%. It wasn't until 2017 that GGG realized their SympaRates rose most during situations when the two of them were united in their concern for ShoRyu. Her original body was destroyed after getting corrupted by Triple Zero, but she was rebuilt soon after.

Abilities

GetsuRyu's signature ability is a defensive technique called "Protect Protector." This consists of her deploying six units attached to her shoulders by cables. Each unit generates a spatial warping shield similar to, but weaker than, Gaogaigar's Protect Shade.

She forms the right half of SeiRyuJin when combined with NichiRyu, and by extension, ShoSeiRyuJin when ShoRyu joins the combination.

NichiRyu's signature ability is an offensive technique called "Broken Breaker." This consists of her deploying six units attached to her shoulders by cables. Each unit rotates at high speed, emulating Gaogaigar's Broken Magnum.

As with EnRyu, RaiRyu, and AnRyu, NichiRyu is unable to land properly after being deployed.

She forms the left half of SeiRyuJin when combined with GetsuRyu, and by extension, ShoSeiRyuJin when ShoRyu joins the combination.
