Ultraman is Tsuburaya Productions’ iconic giant hero series, following the Science Patrol and a hero from Nebula M78 defending Earth from monsters and aliens.
The original television series became a landmark of Japanese tokusatsu and introduced one of the genre’s most recognizable heroes.
Later Ultra heroes expanded the universe, while the first hero is often called the original Ultraman to distinguish him from later entries.
